Q5: Why does the camera frame rate not match the specification?
A: The actual frame rate may be affected by the working environment and light intensity. Please also check whether the frame rate limit is set in the software.

Q7: What certificates do your products have?
A: Our USB camera modules have passed EMC & RoHS certification. We can also assist customers in obtaining CE, FCC, UL, and REACH certificates if needed.
